Welcome to AR Ruler PRO Pro Membership! Before subscribing or starting a trial, please carefully read and understand all terms of this Agreement, especially provisions regarding billing, auto-renewal, trial expiration, refund processing, asset retention, and liability disclaimers.
By tapping "Upgrade to Pro", "Subscribe", "Start Free Trial", or confirming payment via Apple In-App Purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Agreement in full. If you disagree, please do not proceed with payment.

1. Scope of Service & Pro Exclusive Privileges

AR Ruler PRO Pro Membership provides advanced spatial surveying and construction takeoff engineering capabilities:

Unlimited Project & Space Archiving: Create unlimited surveying projects and multi-room hierarchies with persistent local storage;
Standard AutoCAD (.dxf) Vector Schematic Export: Instant export of industry-standard DXF files with layers for wall boundaries, dimension lines, and labels;
Smart Bill of Materials (BOM) & Excel Export: Automatically estimate floor tiles, wall paint, and flooring quantities with wastage factors; export to Excel (.xlsx) / CSV;
Tamper-Proof Engineering Watermark Camera: Imprint real-time national atomic timestamps and reverse-geocoded GPS site addresses on site inspection photos;
Inspection & Handover PDF Reports: Auto-generate professional inspection punch lists with defect photos, measurements, and electronic sign-off signatures;
Photo Dimension Callouts & Annotation: Take site photos and draw callout leaders, dimension markers, and construction memos;
Bluetooth (BLE) Laser Rangefinder Integration: Connect hardware laser distance meters for real-time millimeter-accuracy dual-track calibration;
3D Polygon Volume & Storage Calculations: Compute 3D cubic volume and storage capacity for complex multi-sided rooms;
Custom Construction Craft Presets (SpaceCraft): Configure custom baseboard, ceiling, and flooring material parameters per room.

2. Subscription Plans, Billing & Free Trials

We provide weekly subscriptions (with a 3-day free trial), annual plans, and lifetime purchases. Exact billing prices are displayed in the Apple StoreKit confirmation sheet.

Apple StoreKit Billing: All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation;
Free Trial Conversion Rules: If your plan includes a free trial (e.g., 3-day trial), you can enjoy all Pro features during the trial. Per Apple Store rules, if you do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the trial expiration, your Apple ID will be automatically charged for the recurring subscription period;
Lifetime Purchase Terms: Selecting the "Lifetime Purchase" tier grants perpetual access to all Pro features and maintenance updates within this major product version, with no recurring charges. Simply tap "Restore Purchases" after reinstalling or switching devices;
Price Change Notifications: In the event of subscription price changes, Apple will notify you in advance for explicit consent before applying the new rate.

3. Auto-Renewal Management & Cancellation Guide

⚠️【Crucial Notice】Uninstalling the App does NOT cancel your subscription!
Because App Store subscriptions are managed directly by Apple, deleting or uninstalling the App from your device does NOT terminate recurring charges. You must manually cancel auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Official Steps to Cancel Auto-Renewal:

On iPhone / iPad: Open system Settings ➔ tap your Apple ID / Name at the top ➔ select Subscriptions ➔ select AR Ruler PRO ➔ tap Cancel Subscription.

4. Refund Policy & Local Asset Protection

Handled Exclusively by Apple: Developers have no direct access to Apple ID billing or payment funds. To request a refund, please submit a claim directly via Apple's official portal (reportaproblem.apple.com) or refer to the guide inside our Help Center;
Contractual Effect of Refund Approval: Once Apple approves a refund, the subscription receipt is revoked and Pro privileges revert to the standard free tier;
100% Local Asset Safety Guarantee: Downgrading or refunding will NEVER delete, erase, or lock your previously saved projects, measurement records, or watermark photos! All existing data remains completely intact and readable on your device;
Restore Purchases: When switching devices, tap Restore Purchases in the App to reactivate your Pro status without extra charges.

5. Engineering Disclaimer & Mandatory Physical Re-Verification

Auxiliary Ranging Tool: AR spatial measurement is an auxiliary tool for preliminary site survey and estimating. It is not a legally verified metrology device;
Mandatory Verification for Critical Steps: For irreversible structural modifications, custom stone/wood fabrication, or high-value material orders, you must physically verify dimensions with calibrated physical steel tapes or metrological laser tools. The Developer is not liable for consequential fabrication or delay losses resulting from unverified AR dimensions.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Relationship to Terms of Service: This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of discrepancies regarding VIP subscription matters, this Agreement prevails;
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China;
