Core Measurement

Q: Why is the crosshair not appearing?

Hold your device steadily and slowly pan it across the target surface for a few seconds to let the App detect planes. If it still doesn't appear, you might be too far, or the surface lacks texture.

Q: How accurate are the measurements?

AR accuracy depends on distance, lighting, and surface texture. Try to get closer to the object, ensure sufficient lighting, and target clear planes for optimal results. For irreversible construction or material cutting, always verify with physical gauges.

Q: Can it measure glass or transparent surfaces?

AR cannot easily detect reflective or transparent planes. You can put a piece of paper or an object on the surface to help AR focus, or use the "Screen Ruler" for small objects.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings ➔ tap your Apple ID ➔ Subscriptions ➔ select AR Ruler PRO ➔ tap Cancel Subscription. Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the trial expiration to avoid renewal charges.
